These terms are intended to provide a strong commercial framework, but no website terms can remove rights or liabilities that applicable law says cannot be excluded. Project-specific written terms remain essential for material engagements.
1. General information only
Content on daimhub.com is provided to explain DAIM HUB’s capabilities and services at a general level. It is not legal, financial, accounting, tax, regulatory, investment, medical or other regulated professional advice. You should obtain specialist advice where your circumstances require it.
2. No guaranteed outcomes
Technology, marketing and digital projects depend on many factors outside a service provider’s control. Unless a written project-specific agreement expressly states otherwise, DAIM HUB does not guarantee revenue, sales, leads, search ranking, advertising performance, audience growth, conversion rate, app-store approval, uninterrupted uptime, breach prevention, recovery of lost data, business continuity or any other particular commercial or technical outcome.
3. Cybersecurity and IT
Security services reduce risk; they do not eliminate all risk. No network, application, device, website, cloud platform, backup system or security control can be guaranteed immune from attack, compromise, zero-day vulnerabilities, user error, third-party failure, hardware failure or malicious activity.
Recommendations are based on the scope, information, access and conditions available at the time. Client-side changes, unsupported systems, undisclosed issues or actions by third parties may affect outcomes.
4. Artificial intelligence and automation
AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated or unexpected outputs. AI-generated content, recommendations, code and automation should be reviewed by an appropriately responsible person before business-critical, legal, financial, safety-sensitive or customer-facing use. Unless specifically agreed in writing, DAIM HUB does not warrant that an AI output will be factually correct or suitable for a particular regulated decision.
5. Digital marketing
Advertising platforms, search engines and social networks control their own algorithms, policies, auctions, account decisions and distribution. DAIM HUB cannot guarantee approval, reach, ranking, cost per result, lead quality or commercial return. Historical results, projections and examples are not promises of future performance.
6. Websites, eCommerce, hosting and domains
Website and hosting performance can depend on hosting providers, DNS, registries, plugins, themes, payment gateways, devices, browsers, third-party APIs and client content. Domain availability and renewal are controlled by registries/registrars. Third-party licence, hosting, payment and platform terms may also apply.
For eCommerce projects, the client remains responsible for its products/services, consumer representations, pricing, refunds, tax obligations, shipping, privacy notices, customer records and sector-specific legal compliance unless a written agreement expressly assigns a particular compliance task to DAIM HUB.
7. Applications and software
Software can contain defects and may require maintenance as operating systems, devices, browsers, APIs, libraries, security requirements and platform rules change. Acceptance criteria, testing responsibilities, warranty periods, maintenance and support are determined by the relevant project-specific agreement.
8. Backups and data recovery
A backup or disaster-recovery obligation exists only to the extent expressly included in the relevant package or project agreement. Clients should maintain appropriate independent copies of critical business data unless DAIM HUB has specifically contracted to provide managed backup or recovery services.
9. Third-party content and services
References or links to third parties are not guarantees or endorsements of their ongoing availability, security, accuracy or suitability. DAIM HUB is not responsible for a third party’s independent acts, omissions, outages, policy changes or pricing changes except to the extent a project-specific agreement expressly provides otherwise.
10. Limitation and mandatory rights
Any limitation or exclusion in this Disclaimer applies only to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing on the website removes any mandatory statutory right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The project-specific written agreement controls the legal allocation of risk for an actual DAIM HUB engagement.
DAIM HUB’s final scope, responsibilities, fees, risk allocation and special conditions are confirmed for each project or case before the engagement begins.
