Yes. Support retainers/service agreements may be offered by quotation with defined included services, hours, response targets and overage rules.
Usually yes for project work. A proposed default is 50% before commencement, while annual website/hosting and committed third-party costs may require upfront payment. The quotation controls.
Pricing is based on scope, complexity, time, risk, integrations, travel, third-party costs, licences, content and support requirements. The written quotation is the price reference for the agreed scope.
A change request is a requested addition, removal or alteration to agreed scope, deliverables, timeline or technical approach. DAIM HUB should confirm price/schedule impact before performing it.
Bank transfer is the baseline method. Other approved card, gateway or mobile-wallet options may be offered when stated on the invoice or checkout.
Ownership follows the project agreement. After full payment, client-specific deliverables may transfer or be licensed to the client, while DAIM HUB retains pre-existing/reusable and third-party licensed components.
