The number of included professional domain-based mailboxes depends on the package/server capacity and is confirmed in the quotation. DAIM HUB should not promise unlimited mailboxes by default.
Change the password from a trusted device, revoke sessions, enable/repair MFA, review forwarding/rules, check for suspicious sent mail and contact DAIM HUB if the account is business-critical or wider compromise is suspected.
Common causes include poor sender reputation, missing/incorrect SPF/DKIM/DMARC, suspicious content, forwarding, compromised accounts or recipient filtering. DAIM HUB can diagnose the domain/mail configuration but cannot control every recipient spam filter.
