cPanel is a web hosting control panel for files, databases, email, DNS-related tools and other hosting functions.
Standard packages include an eligible first-year domain, SSL, professional domain-based email setup, responsive design and standard website essentials. Exact pages, mailboxes, storage, revisions and integrations are confirmed in the quote.
SSL enables HTTPS and encrypts traffic between the visitor and website. Standard SSL is included with DAIM HUB website packages where technically supported.
Managed hosting is administered by DAIM HUB without cPanel and may provide FTP access. cPanel hosting gives the client broader control of hosting functions such as files, databases and email.
DAIM HUB can integrate suitable gateways such as Windcave (Westpac), ANZ eGate, M-PAiSA, MyCash or another approved provider, subject to merchant approval, provider availability, fees, technical requirements and terms.
Change the password from a trusted device, revoke sessions, enable/repair MFA, review forwarding/rules, check for suspicious sent mail and contact DAIM HUB if the account is business-critical or wider compromise is suspected.
Eligible extensions depend on registrar availability and cost. DAIM HUB should confirm the included TLD in the quotation; premium or special-country domains may cost extra.
The merchant/client normally owns day-to-day order fulfilment, customer service and refund decisions. DAIM HUB configures the platform/integration only to the scope agreed.
The client should be treated as the beneficial owner of the domain, with DAIM HUB acting as an authorised registration/management agent where applicable.
Common causes include poor sender reputation, missing/incorrect SPF/DKIM/DMARC, suspicious content, forwarding, compromised accounts or recipient filtering. DAIM HUB can diagnose the domain/mail configuration but cannot control every recipient spam filter.
